Pont Hafren, Newtown
It was my pleasure to accompany Joyce Watson AM on a visit to Pont Hafren on Friday. Situated in Longbridge Street, Newtown, it’s far easier to use the link to read about all the good things that are going on there than have me attempt to do them justice. What I can say because it isn’t on the website, is how dedicated the staff are and how the project has a unique and inspirational atmosphere to it.

Would just like to say,good to see you,joyce and lembit call in at pont.I am sure if other people would call in before prejudging places like pont they would be plesently suprised at what we do with our time there and the talent of the members and volunteers.Also that in fact we dont all sit down twiddling our thumbs ,smoking and drinking tea. We need people like you and the public to raise the profile of ponthafren.
