Visiting Robben Island?

Worrying news about Robben Island and the damage being caused. We were there in early 2003. I guess there will be even more visitors during the World Cup next year.

Doing my travel agent bit now, but for anyone going to Cape Town and wanting to visit the island, go as soon as possible to the booking office in the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and book your trip. We found that there was a 48 hour wait to get on a boat, so if you don’t have much time in the city, you could miss out.
